Bamboo Tail Kennel was the first Chongqing Dog kennel outside of China to be privileged enough to work with these wonderful dogs and best Chinese dog experts. The Origin of Bamboo Tail Kennel is from the top selected blood lines from the Sichuan Province ,Chengdu and Chongqing City. China . Each and every one of our dogs have been CKU approved. We breed only the ancient bulldog type of Chongqing Dog which still displays a touch of it's primitive and wild nature. Bamboo tail kennel was founded in 2014. Since 1st OKT 2018 we've been established with CKU & FCI as first ever European Chongqing dog Kennel. We live in AUSTRIA, Central Europe. Our home and Kennel is located 12 km from downtown Vienna or 10 minutes from the Vienna Airport. Our dogs bambooCQdog are part of our family. They live with us-puppies and adult dogs play with our kids, cats and ride with us on our journeys. They get all the best we can give them, our love, high quality food, best veterinary care, and much, much more. My mission is to work with CQd lovers, share my knowledge and understanding of their ancient past and shape the future of modern Chongqing Dog.

When I started my CQ dog endeavor, it was my heart's desire to create an elite, distinct line of my own. I have never been much of a follower so Bamboo tails foundation dogs are not from Conservation Center, CCDC - Chongqing dog Club or Kennel Hongya Cave - the Hybrid wannabe popular kennels…I personally chose my dogs from my many trips to top Sichuan local breeders who breed the functional, working CQd ,a few from the City of Chongqing, a few from Chengdu ,many other top CQd from rural ,remote part of Sichuan valley.I was fortunate to have acquired the legendary progenitor, stud dog , CKU BOB winner in China , 3 x FCI International Champion & FCI Grand Champion - MangZi - the King of our breeding program. MangZi is Super Star in China with over 300 mating and over 1000 puppy, he is the best of the best. He's structurally correct, healthy and has an amazing temperament. At this time we are the first kennel in Europe to own this wonderful mystic breed from Sichuan valley . In just 5 short years, many of Bamboo Tail’s pedigrees are as many as 3 generations, an unrivaled accomplishment. Bamboo tail Kennel is convicted to be best winner kennel , we have many FCI International Champions and Grand Champions …and this is just the beginning ...
